Granger
According to ESPN, the Pacers may be looking to deal forward Danny Granger, who has yet to play this season after receiving an injection to treat patellar tendinosis in his left knee. The Pacers hope he’ll be able to play in a couple of games before the All-Star break next month. If they can get him back into the swing of things quickly — and get his trade value up — expect them to try to flip him fast now that Paul George has replaced Granger as the alpha dog of the team. The Pacers have won 11 straight games at home,...

From the sideline: Mike Wells

Indianapolis Star Sports Reporter Mike Wells(Photo: Indy Star) Here’s what we know about Mike Wells, who covers the Pacers for the Indianapolis Star…he embraces social media, is a fine dresser (especially for a newspaper guy), is always on the road, and was nearly taken out by a Houston Rockets player (along with his colleague Bob Kravitz) during last night’s game. But, who...

George, West carry Pacers over Rockets

There's a few ways to look at the Houston Rockets, who had lost five straight heading into their game with the Pacers. The first is that they are struggling and would be a perfect bounceback opponent for the Pacers after their dreadful loss against the Magic. The second is that the Rockets are desperate for a win and would be extremely dangerous. I think the first theory...
