Thanks to the chill bros at Third Quarter Collapse we know that Sunday marked the beginning of Jameer Nelson's annual "Building Magic" team-bonding week, which he hosts at his own expense in his hometown in Philadelphia. Yep. It's business time. And well, by the looks of this Rashard Lewis photo — mainly the lack of paint the new guys' clothes and Redick's flawless hair — Magic Team Building '09 is off to a resounding start! Besides trying to ping Barnes' exposed torso, Nelson has his trainers run the team through conditioning drills, weightlifting and basketball. At night, they do dinner, hit the clubs, and stay up late trying to beat "Teenage Mutant Ninga Turtles" on Nintendo. Then Dwight passes gas and they all giggle.
