Marc Gasol’s game was transformed immensely since he entered the league in the 2008-2009 season. Gasol started out as just a big body off the bench, and has turned into the Defensive Player of the Year and an NBA All-Star. He has developed a sweet midrange jump shot, some solid post moves, and a basketball IQ that is higher than any other center’s in the NBA. While his transformation on the court has been remarkable, it fails to scratch the surface in comparison to the transformation in his appearance.
