The Detroit Pistons defeated the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday by the score of 102-95. The win was the second straight for the Pistons, who improved to 29-49 on the season, fourth in the Central Division. The Pistons were without the services of leading scorer Josh Smith, who was out with a knee injury.
