The 2012-2013 NBA season is quickly approaching, coming toward us like a heavy locomotive. Is this season going to be another train wreck or are you feeling more optimism run in your veins?
Chad Ford and John Hollinger provided their projections of how they think the team will fare, in their annual ESPN NBA Future Power Rankings, placing the Sacramento Kings at Number 27. You read that right. That is 27 out of 30. Ouch!
While they rated the players at Number 19, citing core players of DeMarcus Cousins, Thomas Robinson, Tyreke Evans, and Marcus Thornton as looking “pretty imposing,” they also cited broke owners, as in operating on a “shoestring budget” broke and their vote for “the league’s worst -run team.”
