The Toronto Raptors have finalized the signing of forward Gary Forbes to a three-year deal.The undrafted free agent had a solid first season in the NBA, averaging 5.2 points and 1.8 rebounds in just 12 1/2 minutes per game over 63 contests with the Denver Nuggets.The Raptors signed Forbes to an offer sheet Saturday, and the Nuggets chose not to match.Forbes, a native of Panama City, is expected to compete for the Raptors' starting spot at small forward.
