It's a tradition in just about every NBA arena every season. They can hopefully sell a few more tickets and get fans into the spirit of the team by giving out bobble heads of a player they haven't given out bobble heads of before. This season for the Toronto Raptors, the victim was Raptors center and Lithuania's own Jonas Valanciunas, one of the stars of the hit documentary, "The Other Dream Team."
Not only did they give out bobble heads of Valanciunas, but they made him imitate his bobble head and repeat that motion on the big screen about 15 times while fans bobbed their heads around like lunatics. The NBA at-the-game experience really has gotten further away from basketball than I had ever imagined growing up, but let's be real, this is hilarious. Kudos to the Raptors organization and kudos to Jonas for being a good sport.
Now what the NBA needs to do is merge with WWE Classic and create a league-wide D-Lo Brown bobble head night. Now THAT would b...

Charlotte Bobcats vs. Toronto Raptors Preview and Pick
Don’t look now, but your Charlotte Bobcats are 5-4. That’s right, they’re a game above .500, riding a crazy four-game winning streak, and have a date with the hapless 3-7 Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night. Dissecting the growing trust in the Boston Celtics defense
If you forgot about this play from last night, you would be forgiven. After all, it happened right after this: That oop by Rondo was such an impressive play that it got it’s own bullet point in our recap, and it was the lede in Jay’s excellent story over at MassLive.
