David Aldridge reported Friday that after meeting with Smith’s representative’s this week, the Hawks are unwilling to give the 8-year veteran the max contract he desires. Aldridge also reported Atlanta is entertaining trade offers for the forward, which ESPN’s Chris Broussard further backed up – reporting that sources say there’s a 60% chance the Hawks will trade Smith before the February 21st trade deadline.
