Minnesota Timberwolves' guard Ricky Rubio has been an extremely exciting player to watch when he has his free reign on the court. Unfortunately for NBA fans, he still has time before he gets back to 100%. Rubio expresses his frustration in an article reported by ESPN.“It’s hard because I still have a little pain and it’s something you have to fight through and get through,” said the 22-year-old Spaniard before the Minnesota Timberwolves lost 113-98 to the Dallas Mavericks, a fourth consecutive defeat for Minnesota and yet another game that Rubio would come off the bench and be limited by a minutes restriction. “I talk with the guys who had the same injury and they say about a year, a year-and-a-half [after surgery] they started feeling, like, normal,” Rubio continued. “It’s tough when you’re playing with something in your mind; you don’t want to think about it, but it’s in your mind that you’re going slower and you are not who you used to be. “That’s going to come, but you have to be patient.”In his short stint this season, Rubio has shown flashes of his brilliance, but even his teammates are noticing that he hasn't been doing what he usually does.J.J. Barea:“You see flashes, but you can see he is nowhere near like he was last season. He was moving. The way he plays he needs to move like he used to move, where he’s faster and he’ll be able to get to pick his spots, get wherever he wants so he can make those passes.”So far he's played just limited minutes, just 20 a game. His shooting percentage has been horrendous, although even last year it wasn't so great either. But with time, hopefully Rubio is able to comeback and help lead a talented Timberwolves team into the playoffs.Follow @hoopsinjurynews!function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];if(!d.getElementById(id)){js=d.createElement(s);js.id=id;js.src="http://www.nbainjurynews.com//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js";fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js,fjs);}}(document,"script","twitter-wjs"); var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-34100676-1']); _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']); (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ?
