MILWAUKEE -- James Harden scored 29 points and Carlos Delfino made six of seven 3-point attempts, leading the Rockets to a 115-101 victory over the Bucks Friday at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Playing against his former team, Delfino finished with 22 points. Toney Douglas and Patrick Patterson had 18 apiece and Omar Asik added 13 for the Rockets, who won their third in a row and won for 10th time in their last 13 games. Milwaukee got double-digit scoring efforts from seven players, led by Brandon Jennings' 16 points, but committed 24 turnovers that Houston turned into 28 points. The Rockets overcame an 11-point halftime deficit with a strong third-quarter effort, shooting 52.4 percent and taking the lead when Asik hit the first of two free throws with 7:07 left in the period. Milwaukee missed its first 11 field goals and turned the ball over seven times during that stretch, getting its first basket on Udoh's layup at 5:22. The Bucks tied the game once more, at 70-70 on Monta Ellis' jumper with 3:02 left, but the Rockets came right back to grab a 77-72 lead heading into the final quarter. The Bucks could get no closer than three before Houston blew the game open down the stretch. Free throws kept Milwaukee in the game early, despite shooting 36 percent from the field. Houston hit 10 of 21 shots but went 1 of 6 from the line and led 23-21 through one quarter. The Bucks outscored Houston 10-2 to open the second quarter and went up 31-25 when Ersan Ilyasova hit a free throw to convert a 3-point play with 9:48 to play. Milwaukee's lead grew to as many as 18 during the quarter and the Bucks took a 58-47 lead into halftime. NOTES: Bucks head coach Scott Skiles put Epke Udoh into the starting lineup in place of Marquis Daniels. The move was intended to allow the team's top defender, Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, to start the game covering Harden ... Beno Udrih, who missed the Bucks' last game with lingering pain in his right ankle, was active and available Friday night ... The Rockers entered the game ranked second in the league at 105.8 points per game ... Harden is averaging 29.5 points per game in his last 14 games. He's fifth in the league with 26.3 per game and has scored at least 25 in his last 10 games ... Delfino played the past three seasons with the Bucks before signing with the Rockets last summer. Milwaukee and Houston made a draft-day trade, bringing Samuel Dalembert to Milwaukee for Jon Brockman, Jon Leuer and Shaun Livingston.
