Rookie shooting guard Troy Daniels’ three-pointer with 11.9 seconds left in overtime and James Harden’s playoff-best 37 points lifted the Houston Rockets to a 121-116 OT victory over the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday night. The win, narrows the Trail Blazers first-round playoff advantage to 2-1. Dwight Howard added 24 points and 14 rebounds for the Rockets. LaMarcus Aldridge had 23 points, while Damian Lillard added 30 for the Trail Blazers. Portland, who at one point trailed by 11 points in the final quarter, tied the game with 41 seconds left when Nicolas Batum hit a 3-pointer.  Harden missed a half-court shot at the buzzer to send the game to overtime. Game 4 is scheduled for Sunday at the Moda Center.
