Recently, Royce White said that the chances are very high that he never plays in the NBA. Well, that notion is now one step closer to being a reality.
The ongoing battle between the two sides just got even uglier, as the Houston Rockets reportedly have suspended their rookie forward who has been away from the team for most of the year.
Rockets suspend Royce White for refusing to provide services as required by the uniform player contract.

After drafting White with the 16th pick in the draft, people around the league were skeptical how White’s anxiety would play into his transition to the NBA. Clearly, it has become an issue.
This is a move that the Rockets had to do eventually; if a player is absent from the team for that long, there needs to be some discipline. Where in the work world can you just not show up for a few months and not be disciplined?
