The Lakers have started the season off on a bad note, and their record has dropped to 1-4. Of course there’s plenty of blame to go around, but much of the hate is directed at Elijah Brown, Coach Mike Brown’s Son. He’s been receiving a ton of Twitter hate, so much so, that Lakers forward Ron Artest has stood up for the kid. I concur with Artest, he’s not to blame…Can’t say the same for his pops though.-TO

After a lockout-shortened season and a mere five games this season, Mike Brown has been fired by the Los Angeles Lakers. Whether or not it’s fair doesn’t matter in the Lakers’ world where winning an NBA championship defines a successful season and every other outcome a failed one. Of course, in a normal situation, you could point to a core of players that needed more time to...
When Steve Blake cursed out a heckling fan at Staples Center last Friday night, he probably had no idea who that guy was. Turns out it was long time season-ticket holder Steve Jackson’s son. Steve Jackson is The chairman of L.A. Gear and president of Aci International. He has 8 courtside seats- that means [...]
It wasn't too soon. This wasn't a knee-jerk reaction. The Lakers
needed to fire Mike Brown.
