Pick 7: Ben McLemore- SG- Kansas
- Wow, the Kings have drafted arguably the best talent in the draft at 7th overall. Ben McLemore is a day one starter for the Kings at shooting guard now that Tyreke Evans is gone and is one of the better shooters and athletes in the draft and has star power. He dropped in the draft because he can be too passive at times, which lets his team down, but if he learns to play with more aggression constantly, he can be a 20 point per game scorer in the NBA. Here is a prediction that McLemore will be an All Star and the face of this Kings’ franchise within a few years. This is easily the best pick in the draft.
Pick 36: Ray McCallum- PG- Detroit
- McCallum is an excellent scorer, but he is also an incredibly efficient scorer, passer and distributor. His 2.16 assist to turnover ratio was excellent and for a point guard who played over 36 minutes per game, 2.1 turnovers ...
