Shaquille O'Neal will make his return to Hollywood, CA, as it's being reported, by the Boston Globe, that the former NBA star will star -- alongside Adam Sandler -- in the movie sequel "Grown Ups 2".

Along with Sandler, O'Neal will also be starring with Chris Rock, Kevin James, David Spade and Salma Hayek.

In 2010, the original movie -- "Grown Ups" earned $162 million in domestic lifetime gross box office, according to Box Office Mojo.

Many Hollywood critics believe that his movie role in the upcoming movie might end up like his early movie roles such as the 1996 role in Kazzam and 1997 role in Steel.

Ray Allen doubtful to return to the Celtics on Saturday against New Jersey

This news comes on the heels of hearing that Allen didn't make the trip to Toronto for tonight's game against the Raptors. Some thought that this might have been Doc Rivers' way of resting some of his veterans during this brutal back-to-back-to-back. Let Ray have the first game off, rest up and throw him out there for a normal back-to-back scenario. That's...

Injured Allen doesn't travel with team to Toronto

ESPN BostonBoston Celtics guard Ray Allen, who sat out Wednesday's win against the Atlanta Hawks because of swelling in his ailing right ankle, did not travel with the team to Toronto on Thursday in advance of the start of a four-game road trip. Allen missed six games after injuring the ankle during Boston's West Coast road trip in mid-March. He developed swelling that limited...

Celtics Mailbag: Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen Do Not Need to Depart for C's to Become Rajon Rondo's Team

The Celtics have been on fire since the All-Star break, running roughshod over fellow Eastern Conference playoff contenders like Miami and Philadelphia. While it appears an 18th championship is at least an outside possibility in Boston, the fans are already looking forward to the future. Many of you are wondering how Avery Bradley's starting role affects Ray Allen's likelihood...

Paul Pierce, Rajon Rondo Play More Minutes Than Ideal in Toronto to Begin Road Trip

Paul Pierce and Rajon Rondo know the deal. They are professional athletes, expected to go full-bore whenever the clock is running, and their legs are not going to fall off just because they played a few extra plays. Their bodies can only take so much wear, though, and the Celtics' 84-79 defeat in Toronto on Friday forced them to play more minutes than would have been ideal in...

Your Morning Dump... Where Doc had to keep KG on the floor

Every morning, we compile the links of the day and dump them here... highlighting the big storyline. Because there's nothing quite as satisfying as a good morning dump. "His minutes were low, but he was going in that 12 minutes in a  row stretch which we try to avoid with him, " Rivers said. "But we had to keep him out on the floor...

Recap: C's gut out a win in overtime

You gotta hand it to the Celtics. They didn't mail in a game where a sloppy, uninspired loss would have been understandable.  They didn't quit when they lost a late lead. And they didn't give up when the referees all suffered simultaneous strokes in overtime and started calling some of the most absurd fouls (fouling out both KG and Stiemsma) we've seen in quite...

Comments from the other side - Hawks 4/11

Poor Hawks fans. They were so ready to get a big win and then the Celtics took the air out of their sails. Some fun comments from the one about KG having dementia to the guy who hates Pietrus so much he's worried about himself! Of course they got the Paul Pierce stabbing and wheelchair references in. Have fun with today's comments and be sure to list your favorites in...

Enemy Chatter: The Celtics made the Heat shake their heads

I often wonder what opposing teams, their beat reporters and bloggers are saying about the Celtics after playing the Celtics. Here's a dose of 'enemy chatter' from Miami. Beyond the standings, though, the way they seem to be coming together has grabbed the league's attention. Already at the top of most of the defensive rankings because of their intensified focus...
