Shawn Marion has been beasting in the playoffs. The Matrix has taken it back to his days with the Suns doing a great job on Kevin Durant in the Western Conference Finals.
While the Mavs have reached the Finals, Shawn is also heading to the world of reality TV. He's shooting a show tentatively titled The Ladies in My Life in his Dallas mansion. The show will be about Shawn and the important women in his day-to-day life -- his mom, his publicist, the ladies he dates, and his sisters (including his six-foot twin sister Shawnette).
Hmmm so does that mean we get to see how an NBA player navigates dating a few women at a time while balancing his mom and a female publicist running his life outside of the arena? I’m intrigued. (See a photo of Shawn Marion with his mom.)
No word yet on what network might be picking up the show but they are planning on shooting during the Finals which could be quite interesting. But for now Marion remains quiet about the show: "Right now I'm focused on getting that championship. That's what it's about."
