In the hours before Paul Westphal coached his final game with the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night in Denver, team basketball president Geoff Petrie was speaking with ownership about a needed change. Kings center DeMarcus Cousins hugs Keith Smart after the team came from behind to beat the Bucks in Smart’s first game as head coach. “Right now the team is dealing with an identity crisis.
