This just in, folks. Phoenix Suns forward Michael Beasley really, really loves Skittles. In a recent interview with Paul Coro of azcentral.com, the 24-year-old revealed his love for the fruit-flavored candy, and also how much of it he consumes on a daily basis.Q: Is Skittles still your favorite candy? How often do you have them?A: By far. I have them every day. Not as much as I used to. Probably like six or seven packs a day.Q: Really? Fun-size or regular-sized bags?A: The regular ones.Q: Are the athletic trainers and team dieticians good with that?A: I don’t bring them to the arena any more. I just eat them at home and keep them to myself. My favorite pack is the wild berry—the best, by far. I like to stick with the wild berry. The red pack is original so it’s always going to be good, but that wild berry takes it to another level.Q: Do you pack some in case a hotel on the road does not have them?A: I usually have some in my backpack. So, there you have it.Beasley is averaging 10.1 points per game and 3.8 rebounds per game for the Suns this season. He was originally drafted by the Miami Heat in 2008 out of Kansas State. After two seasons with Miami, he spent the next two years with the Minnesota Timberwolves, before landing with the Phoenix. The 2013 campaign marks the first for Beasley with the Suns.
