Back on June 6, the Suns held a workout for draft prospects that featured almost nothing but point guards, to include standouts Michael Carter-Williams, Trey Burke, and C.J. McCollum. Now it appears one may be headed back to Phoenix.

The Suns are among at least five NBA teams who will be wearing an alternate uniform with sleeved jerseys next season, and the change evidently doesn’t have much to do with cutting-edge fashion.

Mike Longabardi has accepted an offer to join the Phoenix Suns under Jeff Hornacek.
Longabardi previously served as Doc Rivers’ defensive coordinator in Boston.
Longabardi joined the Celtics prior to the start of the 2007-2008 season.
