Los Angeles Lakers
Taj Gibson, power forward for the Chicago Bulls, is on the trading block. First reported by RealGM, Gibson is a great power forward who could become a valuable starter for a team without a good power forward. Now enter the Lakers, the Wizards, and the Bobcats, three teams lacking at the power forward position who want to upgrade.
Washington Wizards: The Wizards, would be the best case scenario for Gibson. He would probably be starting for the Wizards, relegating Nene Hilario to the bench. It would allow the Wizards to have more depth in the front court. Gibson would be starting along an underrated big in Marcin Gortat. I wouldn’t fear Gortat and Gibson down low, but the two could be very good.
Charlotte Bobcats: Next are the Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets. Taj would be starting along Al Jefferson, providing a tremendous upgrade over Josh McRoberts. This move would also give more time for Cody Zeller to develop, as Zeller has looked less than stellar this year. The Bobcats, currently holding the 8th seed, would also have a formidable starting lineup with Kemba Walker, Gerald Henderson, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Gibson, and Al Jefferson. The Bobcats would become a team that won’t win the finals, but would at least make the playoffs on a consistent basis in the Eastern conference.
Los Angeles Lakers: I am praying for Taj Gibson that he does not get put on the Lakers. Gibson, of course, would become the starting power forward and would start alongside Pau Gasol, Wesley Johnson, Jodie Meeks (until Kobe comes back), and Kendall Marshall. Gibson would also be coached by arguably one of the worst coaches in the NBA in Mike D’Antoni. Gibson would not fit in with D’Antoni at all. Also, when Kobe comes back, Gibson would be relegated to a third wheel.

Chicago Bulls Basketball – Let’s get one thing completely straight here, nobody is safe. Nobody.
The Luol Deng trade made this blatantly obvious.
The injuries to Derrick Rose the past two season have completely altered what the Chicago Bulls hoped to have going for them at this point in time and are now once again preparing themselves for the following season and beyond.

The Bulls have shown heart in their wins this year, and now they’ve shown tongue. Watch this hysterical gif as the Chicago Bulls Joakim Noah’s tongue distracts Spurs C Tim Duncan as he attempts a free throw.
This gives a new meaning to “doing anything to win.” I’ve seen many subtle distraction methods, but nothing quite this obscene and obvious. Hey, whatever works. Bulls...
The Chicago Bulls are having a pretty average season. Owner Jerry Reinsdorf said the team was mediocre in a recent interview with WGN in Chicago as well. Just don’t tell Head Coach Tom Thibodeau that. From Nick Friedell:

Needless to say this year’s apparence is well deserved for Joakim , who is currently averaging 11.7...

The Chicago Bulls wrapped up easily their best month of the season with a road win over a team missing many key players. They'll try to get off to a strong start in February by doing the same.
The New Orleans Pelicans, though, could be welcoming back Anthony Davis on Saturday night against Chicago, and they didn't even need him to beat the Bulls in a thriller in the teams...
