As reported by WJLA.com, there have been a few incidents where three individuals were held at gunpoint for their shoes. The shoes are extremely popular as they go for as much as $250 for a pair according to the site. The newly released Tim Duncan Nike Air tennis shoes are so popular bids for the shoe on eBay start at $250 but can end up selling for hundreds more, observers say.
