The owners of the Greek basketball club are paying Josh the big bucks because they want him to win the Triple Crown, which consists of winning the Greek League, Greek Cup and Euroleague titles. Basically, Childress has to win three titles this year to perform up to par. That is cutthroat by any standard, but especially compared to having to make the playoffs as the No. 8 seed in Atlanta.
