Hey guys and I'd like to welcome you to The Fast Break. I haven't done a Fast Break since about July 2 or something near that so I am back. We also got a logo to go with it so I am not going to give up on it. So let's get in on some Pacers updates on this date we call July 19, 2009. Enjoy! The Dude Who Runs This Blog Get's Interviewed Well this is great. The great guy at Celtics17 known as Graham Brunell (aka CelticsFanatic) has interviewed me. After commenting on his Marquis Daniels post, he decided to interview me on some pretty good topics with the last question being my favorite because I get to make fun of little ol' Jamaal Tinsley, who won the best Starbury Impression at the Dutchman. But now I am spoiling you guys because I am pretty much giving this interview away. Click here to check it out at Graham's blog as both young and rising writers hit it in this interview. It's a good one and I'd like to thank Graham a lot for picking do an interview with him. This isn't my only interview though, I did get interviewed by Alex Curtis-Slep at NBATipoff.com and I'll be getting interviewed again soon. Former Pacer Moves On...To a Team with 17 BannersAfter Marquis Daniels was let go, he had to move on. There were reports buzzing of him having a possible future with the Chicago Bulls or even the Detroit Pistons. He was also receiving interest from the Los Angeles Lakers for crying out loud. He had interest from about 20 teams. But this unexpected team, the Boston Celtics, decided to take a bid on him and now they got him. Here's Graham, introducing 'Quis to the C's. Now that Daniels is in Boston, it is more likely that the C's will not be taking a bid of bringing Big Baby Davis back. My Name Is Earl....WatsonAs I was strolling around of one of the most popular NBA forums on the Internet, NBADimensions.net, they reported that now former Oklahoma City Thunder's point guard, Earl Watson, has signed to which I believe is a one-year deal. Now these guys at NBA Dimensions are real good at reporting big news, especially this kid who goes by the name of Pacers4Life who broke the news story. Welcome to Indiana Earl! It also makes the point guard rotation probably like this:T.J. Ford/Earl Watson/A.J. PriceIt does look good that way. Look out for an article of me analyzing him coming to the squad. I also got a very nice picture of him that was actually poorly made, so sorry about that. But look out for an article of me analyzing Watson in Indy. So this is The Fast Break guys. Stay tuned for more updates soon, because I know you are going to love them! Thanks for reading.Oh, and if you haven't noticed, this is the logo for this blog that I have recently made. From left to right it shows George McGinnis, Reggie Miller, and Danny Granger. I'll be putting this at the end of every blog post here at PP. Hope you like the logo :) Note: the logo is real tight, I know.
