The Warriors Make History....in a very bad way

GSWgirl's Blog:
Last night the Warriors officially became the team with the most wins to ever not make the playoffs under the current system.
They will likely finish out the season with 49 wins. Last year it was a big deal that they were above .500
The season is all but over and I am devestated.
So to make me feel better I will recount some of my favorite memories from the season.
- John Legends performance at the Houston game
- Beating the Lakers in LA
- Baron Davis going off in New Orleans after being boo'ed by the crowd
- Stephen Jackson's first game back from suspension
- Opening night
- Taking my neice to her first NBA game (and creating a little 10 year old monster- she is worse than me now)
- Boom's buzzer beater for the win over the Celtics!
It has been a really great season, and despite the dissapointing outcome - I feel incredibly blessed to be able to watch one of the most exciting teams in the NBA. They are also young so I predict great things to happen in the coming years. And you can bet that I will be there watching!
As for the playoffs.....definetly won't be as exciting....
But, for the remainder of the season I will be cheering on the Big Cactus & friends. I really think this is their year.
