Found November 20, 2012 on Pass The Pill:
PLAYERS: Tony Allen
TEAMS: Memphis Grizzlies
Everyone knows that Tony Allen is one of the toughest guys around the league. O.J. Mayo could tell you that after their fight when they were teammates. Allen is one of the best perimeter defenders in the league, making him someone who offensive players don’t want to play against. So why did Tony Allen take a cheap shot on Kenneth Faried by pulling his hair? This was in the heat of battle, as the Grizzlies held a slim 2 point lead with only 4 minutes left in the game. But why? Faried was on the ground, and wasn’t even facing Tony Allen. It was a boneheaded play by Allen, and probably a dirty one as well. -Mark Evans, Assistant Manager/Editor of Content Follow us on Twitter The post Tony Allen Pulls Kenneth Faried’s Hair appeared first on Pass The Pill.

Tony Allen Pulls Kenneth Faried’s Hair (Video)

I’ve witnessed plenty of heated exchanges between NBA players that include verbal barbs, choking, throwing ‘bows, hugging, even a few brawls, but I can’t remember a time when I saw another man pull another man’s hair. Zach Randolph is the “garbage man” for the Memphis Grizzlies

In an article by the Commercial Appeal, Zach Randolph does not mind cleaning up after the mess left behind by his teammates.  Z-Bo is not known for the greatest athletic ability, but with his size, he can outpower you in the paint.  With a talented offensive cast around him, he does not necessarily have to shoot all the time.  He can just look for any missed shots by his teammates...

Amico Report: Grizzlies make relevancy reality

If you know the NBA, you know the buzz centers around the massive markets, their successes and their sometimes major dramas. New York, Boston, L.A. and Miami are always all the rage, their every shift chronicled faster than you can say overkill. But theres a little team in a smaller town thats making big plans, a team thats located in the Western Conference that packs the gym and...

Memphis Grizzlies lead the pack

The Memphis Grizzlies and the Los Angeles Clippers are both ahead (for now) of the Lakers in the West.  Which team is more likely to stay above the Lakers though?  As impressed as I am with both the Clip and Grizz, I'm still calling a Lakers v Heat finals when all is said and done. Grizzlies - Memphis hasn't lost since the opening game of the season, reeling off eight...

Nuggets elbow past Grizzlies in physical battle

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Ty Lawson knew the Memphis Grizzlies had the NBA's best record and that the Grizzlies had been doing things early in the season they'd never done before, such as dropping in 3-pointers like layups.
