Whatever you do, you never want to mess with Indiana Pacers forward Tyler Hansbrough. With his little brother, Ben, making his debut with on his brother’s team on Wednesday as a back-up point guard, things were looking good until the fourth quarter.  That is when Cleveland Cavaliers big man Tristan Thompson and Ben started battling for a rebound, with Tyler trying to get the ball away from him. Thompson tried protecting it and ended up elbowing Ben in the face, with him adding a little extra flavor to it for a flop. But Thompson was messing with the wrong pair of brothers, as after he did that, Tyler went to his “Physco-T” mode and started jawing at Thompson. But who could blame him? It’s his little brother, he wanted to defend him. Ironically, Ben tried calming him down and told him it was no big deal and that he could defend himself. Tyler recalled what happened after the game saying, “Yeah, I would have done that for anybody. I’m gonna stand up for any one of these guys.” Ben says he saw it coming: “I did, I did. I thought we were gonna get one heck of a hit if we were gonna get in a fight.” Indiana ended up winning the game, 96-81, with great showings from both brothers. The Pacers are in for an interesting season with two brothers playing together on an NBA team. Original article: Tyler Hansbrough Goes Physco-T After Brother Gets Elbowed©2012 FootBasket. Bens getting an opportunity to show the Pacers that he can co-exist not only with this second unit but his brother as well.  Ben is lucky that out of all...

Tyler Hansbrough Defends Little Brother Ben Hansbrough After Elbow (Video)

The Indiana Pacers have both the Hansbrough brothers??  Honestly I had no idea.  Anyway, the Pacers beat the Cavaliers last night 96-81 and little brother Ben Hansbrough took an elbow to the face from forward Tristan Thompson. Big bro Tyler didn't like that and got up in Thompson's face and had a few words for him.  After a few seconds of screaming the two were separated...

The NBA prepares itself for Ben Hansbrough

Let's face it, it's now only going to be a matter of time before the Indiana Pacers capture their maiden NBA title, because coach Frank Vogel has announced that Ben Hansbrough, the baby brother of Tyler "Psycho-T" Hansbrough, is about to become the Pacers' back-up point guard. Starting (well, coming off the bench) tonight in their game against the Cavaliers...

Roy Hibbert is officially crazy

Roy Hibbert sad face Background: Roy Hibbert, he of the Indiana Pacers, said to Yahoo! Sports' Marc J. Spears that he wil be the best center in the NBA one day. Apparently, this means he does not realize that Dwight Howard, Marc Gasol, Greg Monroe, Anderson Varejao, Andrew Bynum, Kevin Love, Brook Lopez, Al Horford, etc. are all centers in the NBA right now and are pretty...

Pacers win by keeping Cavs to 23 second half points,

Maybe it's the addition of Ben Hansbrough to the Pacers rotation, but for some reason I wasn't that nervous even when the Cavs were hitting everything and sped to a double digit lead in Wednesday night's game. It just seemed improbable that they could keep those percentages up against one of the best defensive teams in the league. The question was whether the Pacers could...

Fun with Numbers: Nick Swisher and Tristan Thompson

I’m calling on you WFNY readers: Starting in 2013, I’m hoping to roll out a consistent stats-related article for Cleveland sports on WFNY. But instead of just doing “Fun with Numbers” bit that was originally Rick’s idea, I need a catchy new name. In the past, I’ve done “The Boots” for Boot Ups and Boot Downs. But that’s not necessarily #math. So please, help me...
