The NBA trade deadline is March 15 and the trade rumors are increasing. One of those players appears to be on the trading block is Utah Jazz point guard Devin Harris. This according to Brian T. Smith of the Salt Lake City Tribune .
The Jazz remain open to moving starting point guard Devin Harris, league sources said, and reserve small forward C.J. Miles could be made available in the right situation. But Utah continues to take a long-term approach in building its team after the Deron Williams trade last February, and the Jazz won’t make a move simply to pull the trigger.
Right now Harris is 29 years old and having his worst year as a pro since his rookie season. So far this season Harris is averaging 9.1 points and 4.5 assists per game. For his career Harris is averaging 13.1 points per game. So is it pretty clear Harris does not fit right in the Jazz’s system. So hence he is on the trade block.
