Found February 05, 2013 on Project Spurs:
Seeing San Antonio Spurs' Tim Duncan crumble to the court during the Spurs' game versus the Wizards was probably the last thing fans and the team wanted to see right before the Rodeo Road Trip kicks off this week. Duncan suffered a right ankle sprain and left knee sprain and did not return to the court but after an MRI, there was no structural damage.  And though he will be day-to-day, his teammates Gary Neal, and Stephen Jackson spoke out on TD's injury. Check out what they had to say including Neal saying he hopes Duncan will be back in the middle of the road trip.

Spurs-Timberwolves Preview

The San Antonio Spurs own a 10-game winning streak and the league's best record as their annual rodeo road trip begins. The best news, though, is they expect Tim Duncan to play during the trek. It's uncertain if that will happen for the opener after he suffered a scary-looking injury, but the Spurs still shouldn't expect much trouble Wednesday night with the lowly Minnesota...

Spurs start road trip with two key injuries

The San Antonio Spurs kick off their annual Rodeo Road Trip on Wednesday in Minnesota against the Timberwolves. On such a long, grueling road trip I’m sure Coach Pop would like to be as close to full strength as possible. It’s not going to start out that way. Everybody who saw Tim Duncan go down against Washington knew that he was going to be out for a while. Right now...

Andrei Kirilenko, Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili out for Wolves-Spurs game

A strained right quad will sideline Andrei Kirilenko for Wednesday's game with the San Antonio Spurs. Watch for Dante Cunningham, who has played well in his last two games (scoring 23 and 18 in those games). Meanwhile, the Spurs will be without Manu Ginobili (hamstring) and Tim Duncan (knee). Spurs beat writer Jeff McDonald tweeted that both participated in a "light shootaround...

A video of the game has been uploaded and as you can see at the 1:55:05 point, when the player...

Tim Duncan's fall. Rajon Rondo's ACL. Jared Sullinger's back. Stephen Curry's ankles. Billy Hunter's leave of absence. Dwight Howard's shoulder. Reggie Evans' mouth. Kevin Garnett's breakfast cereal turns of phrase. We remember the injuries, the scandals, the foot-in-mouth comments. Of course we do. That's what makes news: the falls, cover-ups...
