The San Antonio Spurs aren’t exactly known as a team with a mean streak, especially after they waived volatile forward Stephen Jackson before the playoffs began. So for Tim Duncan – the gentlest of giants and the man who has set the tone and (lack of) attitude for the team – to push a former teammate during Game 5 of the Spurs’ series against the Golden State Warriors, and glare at him for most of a timeout, well, Richard Jefferson must have done something. Grizzlies will be much tougher test for Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs just shut that "Splash Brothers" stuff all the way down. They got hit with a couple buckets of confetti early in the series and that was plenty. They'd had their fill of splash, which is a good thing for the Spurs, because now they're playing the Grizzlies, and the last splashy thing to come out of Memphis was one of Elvis' jumpsuits. ...

This season rookie Harrison Barnes has been dunking on players left and right, but last night in Game 5 he was the one that got dunked on.
