Warriors rookie Ryan Rollins ruled out of Summer League with stress fracture in right foot

Basketball fans in Dub Nation may still be riding high off of their recent NBA title , but the Golden State Warriors announced some tough news regarding one of their newest members Wednesday afternoon.

Rollins was selected by the Atlanta Hawks with the 44th overall pick in last week's NBA Draft, but he was subsequently traded to the Warriors. The Toledo product averaged 18.9 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.7 steals per game last season with the Rockets and was named First-Team All-MAC.

According to Anthony Slater of The Athletic, Golden State has "plans" of possibly putting Rollins on the 15-man roster next season.
