I got you weekend free agent signings here so let's get right to it.
The Dallas Mavericks signed free agent forward Brandan Wright with undisclosed terms.
The 6-foot-10 forward will try to help fill some of the void left by Tyson Chandler, but Wright is in no way a full-time replacement, though he should complement Lamar Odom well.

The Detroit Pistons have signed Damien Wilkins, terms undisclosed
I'm not expecting much out of the 31-year-old guard/forward and neither should Detroit. He will fill a void, give some fouls and put a body on some mid-level guys but don't expect anything big here.

David West signs with the Indiana Pacers for two years, $20 million.
West is coming off reconstructive knee surgery last April but claims he is 100 percent. If this is the case, he should help the Pacers out immensely. West will be teaming up with former Hornets teammate Darren Collison and should complement Danny Granger and Roy Hib...
