Did the owner of the Houston Rockets push management into the signing of Jeremy Lin? Rumors out of Houston say yes. I hate to say it, but Lin is completely overrated as an NBA player and not worth the huge payday he received. I believe this deal will turn out to be one of the least valuable in recent years. Maybe that is kind of harsh, but I can’t help what I feel. NY made a intellectual basketball decision and not a marketing decision.
