The Atlanta Hawks have not been very good this summer at the whole free-agent thing. They let Josh Smith sign wherever he wanted until those offers evaporated and now he's likely to re-sign only because that's where the most money is, and now they are letting Josh Childress entertain offers from Olympiakos, a Greek team. Childress is a good all-around player, kind of like a Tayshaun Prince without the stellar defense, but a player deserving of a new contract especially with the up and coming Hawks. What is the GM doing, taking a summer vacation like he's still in school? Get your sh*t right Atlanta, and start at least pretending to make the team better.
