Milwaukee – The Milwaukee Bucks are on the upswing as of late winning five of their last seven games with three of them against quality teams. They have been doing a majority of this without Stephen Jackson. Jackson missed the three wins over the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers and Detroit Pistons. He was benched against the Knicks for missing the morning shootaround and against the Lakers for yelling at a referee. Jackson missed last night’s game against the Pistons due to a sore back. In the victories over the Miami Heat and Houston Rockets, Jackson averaged 15.0 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 28 minutes of playing time. Shaun Livingston replaced Jackson in the starting lineup before the Knicks game and has done great ever since. Jackson insists that he is a team player and winning comes first above everything else. If the Bucks need him to come off the bench with the second squad he has no problem doing that, as long as he is given a respected amount of playing time....
