Why North Carolina alum Sean May is wearing Kentucky blue

When Kentucky and North Carolina met in the Elite Eight this past March, more was on the line than merely a berth in the Final Four. Also at stake was a pregame wager between a pair of proud alums. Ex-North Carolina star Sean May and former Kentucky standout Nazr Mohammed agreed to a bet in which the loser had to wear the winning team's shirt in his Twitter avatar for a month. It took May a few weeks to live up to his word even after Mohammed shipped him a Kentucky T-shirt last month, but the former North Carolina big man changed his profile picture this past weekend to a shot of himself wearing a slightly deeper shade of blue. All May's complaining not surprisingly didn't win him much sympathy from Mohammed. The Oklahoma City Thunder center gleefully told May on Monday, "It's ok. U only got about 25 more days of it."
