Gerald Wallace Not Seeking Extension With Portland This Season
With the new limitations on extensions in the new collective bargaining agreement set forth by the NBA, Portland Trail Blazers forward Gerald Wallace will not seek a contract extension with the team this season. Wallace’s camp has informed Portland as well.
With the new CBA, Portland can only extend Wallace for two seasons instead of four like the previous CBA called for....

Butler takes one where the sun don't shine
Caron Butler took a nasty shot to the groin during the early stages of the Portland Trail Blazers / Los Angeles Clippers game. It occurred as Gerald Wallace was attempting to save a ball from going out of bounds. As he was falling out of bounds he turned and fired a baseball pass at Butler. Unfortunately the ball hit the crown jewels.
