Raptors waive McNeal, Wright

The Toronto Raptors announced Monday they have waived guard Jerel McNeal and forward Chris Wright. McNeal saw action in one preseason game, and Wright did not play in any of the six preseason games. McNeal played in Italy last year, and Wright averaged 2.9 points while playing 24 games for Golden State last season.
