CHICAGO (AP) Reserves Taj Gibson and Kirk Hinrich have been ruled out for the Chicago Bulls' game against the Milwaukee Bucks. Coach Tom Thibodeau says they are sick and did not come to United Center for Monday night's game. Hinrich also missed Saturday's 112-107 victory over Phoenix.
