Part one of the formulas was to find away to remove Chris Bosh from the mix. Part two was to get inside of Dwyane Wade’s head and limit his numbers.
Part three was…wait there was no real part three because as we have...

Video: Mike Miller plays with just one shoe
Mike Miller lost his left shoe while grabbing a rebound in the third quarter last night against the Pacers and decided to toss the shoe aside instead of putting his shoe back on. He played a few possessions with just one shoe on before the Miami Heat called a timeout.Wouldn't it have been something if Miller actually took a shot or made a jumper with just one shoe on?

Mike Miller ready to play for hurting Heat
Dwyane Wade is hurting, but at least the Miami Heat have a deep bullpen.
Mike Miller obviously is no Wade, a seven-time All-Star guard. But if Wade, who suffered a sprained right ankle Friday at Denver, can't play Tuesday against San Antonio it might prove to be an ideal time to dust off Miller.
Miller, who underwent sports hernia surgery Nov. 28, has yet to suit up this season...
