Season SummaryIt would be an understatement to say that the 2012 Kansas City Chiefs were a disappointment.  Local radio was fielding calls talking about Super Bowl chances after the Chiefs methodically dismantled the Arizona Cardinals in week one of the preseason.But the excitement died shortly into the regular season.The Chiefs did not take a lead until week 10 of the season.  What's more amazing, is in that time they managed a come-from-behind win in New Orleans. Those facts sound redundant but they are, in fact, true.  Eric Winston called out the Kansas City metro area for the sins of a few injury-cheering fans when Matt Cassel hit the turf against Baltimore.  The "sickening and disgusting" cheers took place shortly after Cassel had fumbled away the teams chances of beating the soon-to-be-crowned Super Bowl champions at the goal line.  The Jovan Belcher issue put a different perspective and also a further dampening on the season.Through all this, the big storyline t...
