49ers linebacker Patrick Willis (right hamstring) and left tackle Joe Staley (concussion) are not practicing for the second straight day and instead were doing conditional work on a side field. Willis, who strained his hamstring Dec. 4 and missed Sunday’s loss at Arizona, continues to rehabilitate his hamstring. Willis was slowly walking over low hurdles during one portion of today’s media access before team drills. Staley did some jogging on the same field and has not been cleared to return from his concussion, which forced him out of the first quarter Sunday. Running back Frank Gore showed no signs of any ailments, including ankle or knee injuries from earlier this season as well as a potential left arm injury that temporarily sent him to the sideline after Sunday’s first snap.
