(Eds: APNewsNow. With AP Photos.) The San Francisco 49ers are beating up opponents with a power rushing attack, and nobody's enjoying it more than the big bodies leading the way up front.
A physical offensive line featuring 2010 first-round draft picks Mike Iupati and Anthony Davis has established itself as a force in the trenches, opening holes for a ground game that ranks second in the NFL in rushing yards and first in rushing average.
Seattle entered last week's game with the NFL's second-ranked rushing defense, but the 49ers blasted through the Seahawks for 175 yards to highlight a 13-6 slugfest victory that put San Francisco alone atop the NFC West at 5-2.
That kind of performance has become typical for the 49ers, who have rushed for 175 yards or more four times already this season and look to do it again Monday night at Arizona in another key divisional game.

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman is on a roll these days.
Two weeks ago, Sherman called out Tom Brady in the aftermath of Seattle’s upset win over the New England Patriots.
In the days to follow, Sherman cited Isaac Newton while taking another shot at Brady.
Sir Richard Sherman is back at it again – this time calling out 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh.
The 49ers have the best defense in the league. They have a very good RB, a good TE, average WR's and an average QB. The last one is the biggest concern for this team however, their defense is so good it shouldn't stop them from going far this season.
Here's a look at their remaining schedule, predictions and a look at their division.

Lil Wheezy is kinda little Juan…
Randy Moss has been a major disappointment this season from a fantasy perspective. Moss hasn’t been a fantasy factor in over 3 years and it doesn’t look like he will ever be again. He was once one of my favorite players to own, so I will always have fond memories.

San Francisco safety Dashon Goldson plays the game with a physicality that endears him to 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh. "He's got a real toughness about him," Harbaugh said. "He's built up a real callus when it comes to physical-contact courage. the going from point A to point B, and go hit somebody. ... "So far this year we've seen some of the best...
San Francisco 49ers safety Dashon Goldson established what would become a Pro Bowl career against the Arizona Cardinals. In 2009, Goldson's first-year as a starter, he forced two fumbles and intercepted a Kurt Warner pass as the 49ers beat the Cardinals 24-9 in a Monday night game. He'll face the Cardinals again Monday when the 49ers play in Arizona. Last year, two of...
As far back as week 5, the San Francisco 49ers (5-2) and Arizona Cardinals (4-3) topped the critic’s lists of buy or sells. Though the 49ers dipped slightly after a tough loss to the New York Giants, growing expectations again commence with the team considered in the top-three in the National Football League according to many power rankings. On the other hand, the downward spiral...
The 49ers travel to Arizona to take on the Cardinals in primetime. I kinda feel sorry for the Cardinals this week, because I have a feeling they are going to get a beatdown. The 49ers in primetime never bodes well for their opponent.
The 49ers sit at 5-2 and the Cards at 4-3. A victory of the Cardinals will give them four losses in a row, which shows that their 4-0 start was nothing...
