2:37 pm:With the draft less than 2 hours away I want to throw out m predictions and thoughts about what should happen. This has the possibility of being the Eagles best day since Andy Reid took over in '99.The Eagles off season which people have bitched about relentlessly, my self included to a point, has not been bad. Actually, come Sunday night it could rival the off season of 2004, when the Eagles got Jevon Kearse and Terrell Owens.Already they've signed Stacy Andrews to take over a RT and traded one of their first round picks for Pro Bowl LT Jason Peters. This move was great. The Eagles were planning on moving into the top 10 to get Andre Smith. Instead they were handed a Pro Bowl LT, and still have their original first round pick. Not bad. Here are my thoughts about what could happen. The Eagles have made an offer in the last 2 days for Anquan Boldin. It was a 3rd and a 5th and Winston Justice. They are low balling cardinals at the moment cause their first need is a RB. ...

Tomorrow will be a telling day.  It was reported by ESPN this afternoon that...

What Price Is To High?:

From Tom Rock of Newsday: The Cardinals have reportedly lowered their asking price for Anquan Boldin to a second-rounder and a player. That should make the Giants interested, right? Well, according to a person familiar with the situation, it’s not so much the trade price that is holding the Giants back from making a deal for Boldin [...]

The Cardinals got an official offer today for wide out Anquan Boldin, but the Arizona Republic reports that the offer was not close to what the team was looking for.  “It didn’t come close to being something we would consider,” said GM Rod Graves. “We’ve had no other interest expressed.” One team that suddenly seems to [...]

According to the Nashville Tennessean, the Titans have contacted the Cardinals about possibly acquiring wide receiver Anquan Boldin. LOWER THE BOOM - DRAFT DAY 1 EDITION

Let me preface my LOWER THE BOOM by saying that I understand that the Jay Cutler trade was a HUGE component of the Chicago Bears draft day.  I get it.  I appreciate what went into making that trade happen and will stand by the trade regardless of how everything with Cutler ultimately turns out.  I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again; Jerry Angelo identified a glaring...
