Cowboys center Andre Gurode was back at practice Thursday afternoon at Valley Ranch. Gurode missed practice Wednesday with a sprained right knee. Gurode feels like he'll be able to play Sunday at Kansas City.
Cowboys No. 1 wide receiver Roy Williams was in uniform at practice, but he didn't have pads or his helmet with him, so it looks as if he won't practice again today. We'll know more later when Wade Phillips talks to the media this afternoon.
Starting safety Gerald Sensabaugh didn't practice again Thursday. He had surgery Monday to repair his broken right thumb.

If Gurode can't play then the Cowboys would look to Cory Procter or Duke Preston as the starter against Kansas City.

Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said that starting center Andre Gurode (sprained right knee) went through a limited practice Thursday.
Phillips said backup RB Felix Jones (left knee), WR Roy Williams (three injured ribs) and safety Gerald Sensabaugh (broken right thumb) did not practice.
He said he's not sure if Williams will be able to play against Kansas City on Sunday.

Left tackle Flozell Adams was fined for tripping and kicking by the NFL for infractions against the Giants and Carolina, but center Andre Gurode was not fined by the league for his tripping penalty last week at Denver.
Hmmmmmm.
Denver left tackle Ryan Clady was fined $5,000 for his unnecessary roughness penalty when he kicked DeMarcus Ware.

This a must win game. You can try to justify that a loss doesn't end the season, and maybe it doesn't. But it will prove that the 2009 Dallas Cowboys just aren't good enough to compete with the best teams in the league. The Cowboys need to win and win big.
