IRVING - Cowboys wide receiver Patrick Crayton said the offense should have gone into grind-it-out mode after jumping out to a 10-0 lead in the first quarter of Sunday's 17-10 loss to Denver. "We've got five freaks of nature up front that are calling for us to run the ball," Crayton said. "You would think you'd listen to those guys...We blew them out of the water to start the game off, don't deviate away from that...We've got to grind it out. We've got three backs. "Take the ball out of his hands sometimes and don't put it all on him. He's either going to be the savior or the scapegoat ...

He's Tony Romo's favorite target. The Broncos played man to man on the final two plays. I'...

Jerry looks at team through rose-colored glasses

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones did his best Baghdad Bob imitation Tuesday, striking only positive notes on his weekly radio show about the team's disappointing 2-2 start. Champ Bailey Showed Dallas Cowboys Why New Coach May Be Needed

I think in a way there is something to thank Champ Bailey for. When you have a coaching staff that throws to the Pro Bowler 15 times, there’s going to be someone questioning that game plan.
