Dallas Cowboys Sign A Wide Receiver!!!

It's not Chad Johnson. It's not Roy Williams. No, it's not Anquan Boldin.

Meet Danny Amendola, the Dallas Cowboys new wide receiver. The Cowboys may not have drafted any wide receiver, but they grabbed Amendola from the college free agent pool.

Some bloggers are saying this guy is supposed to be the next Wes Welker. Well, if he was, he would have at least been drafted as Mr. Irrelevant. He wasn't. But I guess he could be.

The Texas Tech senior is small, at 5′10″, and about 185 pounds. Scouting reports are that he is elusive with reliable hands. He's a decent route runner and apparently fearless for middle routes. He had a great senior season with more than 1,000 yards and five touchdowns.

There's our wide receiver.
