Philip Rivers is the master of the awkward touchdown celebration. But was there something more sinister about yesterdays celebration of Darren Sproles' touchdown. Upon watching the first replay of the touchdown, it seemed Rivers didn't get hurt during the play, but after gleefully jumping after Sproles scored.
