It's easy to call Lee Evans an underachiever. He's a former first-round pick, with one of the fastest sets of wheels in the NFL, whose numbers never seem to catch up to his talent. He has eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark in just two of five seasons, one of which was the 2008 campaign, in which he topped the millennium mark by a mere 17 yards.
