Week two is in the books, and with many fantasy studs catching the injury bug, owners are scrambling to find some decent starts. Here are my week three start/sits after the jump.

Start: Eli Manning, QB, Giants: Manning showed he could produce without a prime target last week, scoring 31 points against the Cowboys. This week, he goes against one of the worst pass defenses in the league in Tampa. Look for him to replicate last week’s performance.

Start: Joe Flacco, QB, Ravens: A little known fact is that Flacco is currently the third-best fantasy QB in the NFL right now. He’s got another tasty matchup against the Browns, so try to get him in your lineup.

Sit: Ben Roethlisberger, QB, Steelers: Roethlisberger faces a surprisingly stout Cincinnati defense, one that is the 12th best in NFL in terms of points allowed. I don’t expect too much out of Big Ben this week.

Start: Felix Jones, RB, Cowboys: Even if Marion Barber plays, I expect him to be limited and Jones to get plenty of carries. At home against Carolina, I would start Jones regardless of Barber’s status.

Start: Tim Hightower, RB, Cardinals: Hightower has quietly been averaging over 100 total yards per game. Meanwhile, his opponent, Indianapolis, struggles against the run, as seen in Ronnie Brown’s monster game last week. All this plus Beanie Wells’ fumblitis should mean good numbers for Hightower.

Sit: Darren McFadden, RB, Raiders: McFadden faces a surprisingly tough Broncos run defense that has given up only 2.9 yards per carry and is among the top 10. Injury to Oakland’s offensive line only complicates matters more.

Start: Mario Manningham, WR, Giants: Just like Eli, Manningham faces the Tampa Bay secondary. Coming off a monster week two, Manningham should once again be Manning’s top target.

Sit: Roy Williams, WR, Cowboys: Aside from a long TD catch in week one, Williams has had an unproductive 2009 season. Against a tough Carolina secondary, don’t expect too much out of Williams.

Start: Brent Celek, TE, Eagles: Kevin Kolb seems to target Celek a lot, as he had 11 targets, 8 receptions and 104 yards last week. This week, at home against the Chiefs, we should see another good performance from Celek.

Last Week’s record: 4-7
Season: 9-11
