Life has changed dramatically for me and I'm loving it. I'm learning a whole new defense. We played a 3-4 in Hawaii and now this defense is a 4-3 and is really fast. I am trying to get as comfortable and soak in as much as I can. Life is different now. It's just football now 24 hours a day every day. There is no more school, just football. I'm getting the hang of it, but football is always on my mind, day and night. When it's time for vacation I will try to forget about for a few minutes.

Where I'm at you've got to love football. I have one of the greatest jobs in the world and I will never take that for granted. I love everything about it. I love the running, the lifting, the studying. I truly believe there is no other game that makes you feel like football. You get 60-70,000 people screaming for you when you play. I love it.

Detroit is a great place. It's a football town and the people are really passionate. There are a lot of other great sports here with the hockey team and baseball but this is a football town and I'm in the right place.

	I'm glad to hear that the D is starting to come around! Your addition to the team makes a huge difference man. I am on the fence about the Lions this year, it always seems to be a transitional year for you guys, break free in '07! I like Kitna leading the helm, such a great guy! I got to talk to him once when I was really young and he came across as one of the most genuine, nice people I have come across. Good luck this season, I'll be watching and rooting!

	The people of Hawaii are so proud of you! We can't wait to see you play on Sunday's. Hope the local TV station broadcasts more Lions game. At least we know we'll see you on Thanksgiving. Now if you can talk Barry Saunders out of retirement... Go Ikaika! Go Lions! Go Warriors!

	Sounds like you're doing great and in the right place! It is too bad that more UH players were not drafted by Detroit. You guys could have taught the Lions a Haka. BTW, there is the basketball team in D that is pretty good, too.

	I vacationed in Hawaii for a few weeks and I was suprised to see how many lions fans there were. You have turned a lot of people onto the Detroit Lions, and that is a very hard thing to do. This is the best you guys have looked (on both sides of the ball) since I can remember. Enjoy your life and work hard!!!

	I live in minneapolis but I've been a life long detroit fan.... so when you come to play the vikes this year...don't forget that you got some fans in the crowd....p.s. the blogs, reporter comments and small web articles are raving in your favor..... just thought I'd let you know of the mass support you have in the sports world.
